Stars

Does anyone ever just look up at the stars anymore and just wonder what's out there? I know I sound like I'm quoting MIB but I'm serious. I did tonight and wondered how much about our universe don't we know and what other kinds of life are out there? as I did I thought I saw a shooting star and made a wish (cheesy right), but it turned out to be a plane or satellite. after realizing this I thought of that B.O.B. songs "Airplanes", it fit that moment to a T. I wanted that plane or satellite to be a shooting star cause I was hoping my wish would come true.

Now I know half of you out there don't believe in wishing, and of those people about 2/3s of you pray. To me praying is like wishing 'cause you are hoping for a change in your life. The difference is you are asking God or Karma or Buddha or someone to make the change for you instead of just wishing for the change or making the change yourself, but you are still hoping that the change happens. Tonight I made my wish and I will do anything I can to help make it happen.
